Narrative Through Design
My background in visual journalism deeply informs my UX and product design practice, particularly how I structure information, create hierarchy, and tell stories with clarity. In this project, I applied those principles to present Pope Francis through a more human and less formal lens, using pacing, layout, and imagery to guide viewers through key moments in his life.
Each photo and caption was carefully researched and arranged to create a clean, chronological narrative that feels intuitive, contemporary, and emotionally grounded.
Below are the original visuals and captions I created for the Voice of America online news outlet, published in February 2025.
